Welcome to STL Executive Transportation. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.


1. Services Provided We offer transportation services as outlined on our website. All bookings are subject to availability.


2. Reservations and Payments Reservations must be made in advance. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Full payment is required before service delivery.


3. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations will incur full charges.


4. Liability STL Executive Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.


5. Conduct Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that ensures the safety and comfort of all. Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be charged to the individual responsible.


6. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.


7. Changes to Terms STL Executive Transportation reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.


8. Additional Fees Any additional fees such as tolls, parking, and wait times will be added to the final bill unless otherwise specified.


9. Force Majeure We are not liable for failure to perform any obligation under these terms due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.


10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state courts located in Missouri.


11. Insurance All vehicles and drivers are fully insured in compliance with local regulations to ensure your safety and peace of mind.


12. Vehicle Condition We ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and clean. If you encounter any issues with the condition of the vehicle, please report them immediately to the chauffeur or our customer service team.


13. Lost and Found STL Executive Transportation is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. However, we will make every effort to recover and return lost items.


14. Special Requests Special requests (e.g., child seats, specific vehicle models) should be made at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, subject to availability.


15. Alcohol and Smoking Policy Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in accordance with local laws. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.


16. Additional Fees Additional fees such as tolls, parking, and wait times may apply and will be added to the final bill unless otherwise specified.


17. Emergency Situations In the event of an emergency, our chauffeurs are trained to handle the situation safely and efficiently. Please follow the instructions of the chauffeur at all times.

19. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation.


20. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the governing law specified above.
